We want your experience with PF Meat Co. to feel easy and informative. The local farmer is our customer and therefore our highest priority. Whether you are growing an animal to feed your family, or you intend to bring your product into the marketplace, we want to be your trusted source for processing.

  • Our animal harvesting facility is located at 2945 Lebanon Road, Anderson, SC. 

  • Our processing facility is located at 305 O’Neal Street, Belton, SC.

  • We harvest animals 1 day a week and process animals 5 days a week. Our services include the custom fabrication of beef and pork. We also offer further processing to include sausage in 1 lb packs, links, patties and breakfast links and smoked bacon.


 

#1- What is the difference between USDA Inspected and Custom exempt orders?

USDA Inspected meat is processed and certified with the purpose of being resold, such as in markets and restaurants. Think farm to market to table.

Custom exempt meat is processed for the purpose of selling directly from the farmer to the consumer. While this meat is still processed according to the highest standards, it is not for the purpose of resale. Think farm to table.

#2- How do I make an appointment?

Animals are scheduled for harvest by appointment only. We schedule appointments no longer than 6 weeks in advance. You may call our office at 864-392-1331 to schedule an appointment.

#3 - Can I use my own butcher cut sheet?

No. In order to streamline the process and maintain consistency for our team, we ask that you use a PF Meat Co. cut sheet only. If you have a question or request about a certain cut, please contact us and we will do our best to serve you!

#4 - When and where can I drop my animals off?

Drop off is every Tuesday from 4-6pm only. Our harvest facility is located at:

2945 Lebanon Road Anderson, SC 29670

#5 - What is a split fee, and will it apply to my order?

A split fee is only applicable if you plan to split your animal, requiring two different cut sheets for one animal. Hence, Side A and Side B. The split fee is $20 per side.


#6 - When do I pick up my order?

A PF Meat Co. team member will contact you when your product is ready to pick up. Because we have limited storage space, we ask that you pick up your order within 1 week or you may be charged an additional storage fee.

#7 - Do you process lamb, goat, rabbit?

Not yet! However, if you’d like to be added to a waiting list in the event that we provide this service in the future, please contact us at info@pfmeat.com and let us know!
